Evolved Builders is an Indianapolis homebuilder that works where most builders don't: on single lots and small sites inside the city's established neighborhoods.
The name says what we believe. Neighborhoods are never finished. The best ones keep adding new homes and new neighbors while holding on to what made people love them in the first place: walkable streets, porches, big trees and a short drive downtown.
Our job is to add to those streets carefully. That means houses scaled to their neighbors, built with materials that last, and designed for the families, first-time buyers and downsizers who want to live in the city.
