Why we build in the city
Vacant lots and tired houses break up blocks that have good bones: tree-lined streets, front porches, sidewalks, and downtown minutes away. Evolved Builders puts new homes on those lots, so each one strengthens the street it joins.
Every house we build starts with the block around it: its setbacks, rooflines and porches. Then we design the inside for how people live today, with open kitchens, real storage and finishes that hold up.

We look for vacant and underused lots in established neighborhoods, or start from one you already own.
Plans are drawn to match the street's setbacks, rooflines and porch rhythm, then tuned for how people live today.
We handle zoning, permits, utility coordination and any neighborhood review along the way.
We build with trusted trade partners and keep you updated at every phase, from foundation to finishes.
A final walk-through, a punch list we close out, and a home that's ready for its first owners.
